Upon termination, we may delete your account and any content associated with it. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HelmAI Inc. is located, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
